EOC Week 7 My Biggest Challenge

My biggest challenge in marketing my product will be choosing what audience I’m going to market to. This is not an easy decision. Choosing the right group of people to market to is very critical to the success of my product. The first decision I need to make is what age group am I going to market to. Obviously, because of legal restrictions the minimum age would be 21. But I still need to decide what age bracket I am going shoot for. Secondly, I need to come up with a good pitch and marketing slogan to help me compile good sales numbers. This is the most creative part of my marketing strategy. This is the component of my plan that will draw consumers to purchase my product. Being that my product is a Vodka, I can not forget that my pitch must be directed to adults over the age of 21, but still be appropriate for underage adults to see. Lastly I need to think about distribution. Where will I be selling my product? This is important because after research I may find that certain markets are “taken” up by already existing products like mine. Places like this would not be the wisest spots to go to.
